New Hope Baptist Church exists for the glory of God. We prioritize the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is our belief that this is best done through systematic exposition of the Scriptures. We also believe that a steady diet of expositional preaching is the most effective way to build up the body of Christ. Preaching and teaching through books of the Bible will be the primary emphasis of our ministry. We uphold both the absolute authority and complete sufficiency of the Word of God.

Our worship services are structured around those things that are given priority in the Scriptures, namely: prayer, singing, Scripture reading and preaching and the Lord’s table. We expect and encourage our families to worship together.

We maintain that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, according to the Scriptures alone, for the glory of God alone!

New Hope Baptist Church Covenant

Having been led, as we believe by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord, and on the public profession of our faith, demonstrated by obedience in baptism in the Name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we do now, relying on His gracious aid, in the presence of God and this assembly, solemnly and joyfully enter into covenant with one another as one body in Christ.

We will, by the help of the Spirit of God, walk together in Christian love.
